Online booking
Booking terms
These terms apply when you request an appointment through this online booking page. The appointment is with the boutique named on the page; Aisle provides the booking software on the boutique's behalf.
Your booking
Submitting the form requests an appointment at the time you chose. The boutique confirms your booking by email. The boutique may need to adjust or decline a request, for example if the time becomes unavailable, and will contact you if so.
Booking fees
Some appointment types carry a booking fee. If a fee applies, it is shown before you confirm, and the boutique's team will be in touch to complete payment. Whether a fee is refundable or can be credited toward a purchase is set by the boutique's own policy, which its team can explain before you pay.
Cancellations and no-shows
If you cannot attend, please tell the boutique as early as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. The boutique's cancellation and no-show policy applies to your appointment.
Acceptable use
The booking page is for making genuine appointment requests. Do not submit false bookings, book on behalf of someone without their knowledge, or use automated tools to submit requests. We may decline or cancel bookings that appear fraudulent or automated.
Personal information
The information you provide is handled as described in the privacy policy linked at the bottom of this page.
Liability
The booking page is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aisle and the boutique are not liable for losses caused by events outside their reasonable control, including interruptions to the booking service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the boutique operates and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
Effective date: July 16, 2026.
